Exclusive Party Hire

Exclusive Birthday Parties – 120 minutes – weekends, 2-4pm. Exclusive use of the soft play for 2 hours of birthday fun! Up to 40 children. £450 plus £4.99 per child for food. Deposit of £225.

Important info:

  • At least 4 weeks’ notice is required for party bookings.
  • We require a 50% deposit of the venue hire to secure your party booking.
  • Cancellation policy – if you need to cancel your party more than 7 days before the date, we will refund half of the deposit. If the party is cancelled with less than 7 days to go before the party, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Maximum total capacity is 85 people.
  • The party platters include a selection of sandwiches, veg sticks, pitta & hummus, fruit, popcorn & snacks. Two flavours of unlimited squash is also provided.
  • The party platters are provided for the children. Our café will be open as usual throughout the party.
  • Final numbers and catering options can be confirmed on final payment a week or so before the party
  • With exclusive hire, there is a surcharge of £2 per child if you wish to bring your own food. If you wish to bring food for the adults, the £2 surcharge will also apply per adult. 
  • Party hosts are able to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the party and leave 15 minutes after the party ends. The party slot for general guests is 2-4pm.

Non-Exclusive Party Hire

Non-Exclusive Birthday Parties – 120 minutes – weekends, 2-4pm. Enjoy a dedicated seating area in the cafe & 2 hours of soft play fun! Up to 15 children, £16 per child. £1.50 per adult (up to a maximum of 30 adults). Deposit of 50%.

  • No outside food or drink (except water and for weaning babies under 1).
