Important info:

• At least 4 weeks’ notice is required for party bookings.
• We require a 50% deposit of the venue hire to secure your party booking.
• Cancellation policy – if you need to cancel your party more than 7 days before the date, we will refund half of the deposit. If the party is cancelled with less than 7 days to go before the party, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Maximum total capacity is 85 people.
• The party platters include a selection of party favourites, including sandwiches, veg sticks, pitta & hummus, fruit, popcorn & snacks. Two flavours of unlimited squash is also provided. 
• Some items may be substituted on request. If you would prefer popcorn not to be included in your party platter, please let us know when booking. 
• The party platters are provided for the children. Our café will be open as usual throughout the party.
• We provide a Happy Birthday banner and a few bunches of balloons to decorate the seating area. You're welcome to bring any additional decorations, we just ask that these are taken away with you at the end of the party. 
• You're welcome to bring a cake and party bags! 
• Final numbers and catering options can be confirmed on final payment a week or so before the party
• With exclusive hire, there is a surcharge of £2 per child if you wish to bring your own food. If you wish to bring food for the adults, the £2 surcharge will also apply per adult.
  
• Guests are welcome to bring their own celebration cake and/or food to parties (as per surcharge above). If you choose to bring your own food, whether shop-bought or homemade, you are responsible for providing your guests with accurate ingredient and allergen information for these items (for example, by retaining the original packaging or providing an ingredients list). Oakie Doke’s Playhouse cannot provide or verify ingredient or allergen information for food brought onto the premises by customers.
• Party hosts are able to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the party and leave 15 minutes after the party ends. The party slot for general guests is 2-4pm.
